Ms. Maluje recently returned from Cairo, Egypt while she      
administered for SUNSGLOW (an international organization
focusing on global training in the rule of law), a high-level
symposium held for judges and legal advisors on "Legal and
Judicial Reform".  These judges and legal advisors came from
Afghanistan, Egypt, Europe, India, Iraq, Palestine, and the U.S.
The symposium focused on issues such as "Access of the Poor
to Justice", "Expediting the Legal Calendar", "Enhancing the
Judicial Infra-Structure", "Judicial Independence", "Complex
Litigation", and "Anti-Corruption".  Ms. Maluje has been
involved with SUNSGLOW and its programs since its inception
in 1999.  This is the second trip for Ms. Maluje to Cairo, Egypt
for a symposium of this level.  Last year, she administered a
symposium on "Legal Protection of Foreign Investments" for
the judicial and legal community of the Near and Middle East.  

LANGUAGES:

Ms. Maluje speaks Spanish and is conversational in  
Portuguese.
